words spill
and fill

emotions
warm

and colours reaped
flood minds
that wheep
sounds trapped
in silence
sleep
all senses
ignited
ignored
all hopes
of future flawed
all bones of strength

he bought me roses
thankful was i
but a cure for the mind ?
how broken i am
yet he is kind
silken petals to heal my soul
superficial remedies
that have no control
i will never be whole
pity...... an emotion dealt to the weak
sleep a luxury i often seek
freedom the ultimate goal

sway cloaks of velvet black

a veil of hardened needs
